Step 1: Form the seasoned meat (ground beef, montreal steak spice & worchestershire) into 3 patties.
Step 2: Lightly butter the buns and toast
Step 3: Lightly oil a skillet and fry the onion & bell pepper until the onion is carmelized & pepper is wilted
Step 4: Add steak sauce & heat through
Step 5: Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 6: Pan fry your patties apprx.6 minutes each side.
Step 7: Turn on your broiler.
Step 8: Assemble your burger by spreading mustard on the buns, place burger on bottom of the bun top with onion mixture.
Step 9: Add Jalapeno & top with cheese slice.
Step 10: Broil until the cheese has just melted and draped over the sides holding the ingredients in place.
Step 11: Place top bun in place.
Step 12: Enjoy! I know I sure did.
