Step 1: Place bacon dripping (oil) in a wok or large skillet, turn to very low heat
Step 2: Add cabbage, put a lid on the pan
Step 3: Every time that you pass by give the cabbage a stir
Step 4: Add the caraway seeds after about a half hour, keep the lid on
Step 5: Continue cooking for a total of at least 2 hours or until it is golden
