Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed is best)
- 1/2 cup oil (canola oil)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 jalapeno pepper (stemmed, seeded if you don't want the heat)
- 1 bay leaf
- Sage leaves (2 fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Place all marinade ingredients in blender jar and blend to uniform mixture.

Step 2: Marinate chicken breasts 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
