Step 1: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together making sure to distribute seasonings evenly throughout the meat.
Step 2: Press equal amounts of mixture into 12 patties.

Step 4: To cook patties from fresh, thawed or frozen, fry in a skillet at medium-low heat until no longer pink in the middle.
