Step 1: Bring sugar and milk to a boil, cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2: Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients.
Step 3: Beat mixture until firm.
Step 4: Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Step 5: Cool to room temperature.
Step 6: Store overnight in refrigerator.
