Step 1: Brown butter and onions. Add paprika and chicken, cook 10 minutes, dont burn. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Add garlic, stock and tomatoes; simmer 90 minutes covered, until tender.
Step 3: Remove the chicken then blend in sour cream.
Step 4: Add chicken back and cook 5 more minutes, dont boil.
Step 5: Serve over egg dumpling noodles.
