- FOR SALAD DRESSING
- 3/8 cup oil
- 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic ,crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- FOR SALAD
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 pounds potatoes (cooked)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all dressing ingredients together. Mix in potatoes.
