Step 1: Place the first 10 ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag and shake bag to mix.
Step 2: Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 3: Pour the contents of the bag in the crock of a slow cooker along with the chopped peppers and onion.
Step 4: Mix together the beef broth and cornstarch and stir into the crock; cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 9 hours.
Step 5: Enjoy!
