Step 1: Get a huge pail or bucket or barrel
Step 2: Mix with your hands all ingredients thoroughly. And then mix some more.
Step 3: Stuff into casings
Step 4: Note: May also smoke for 2 hours at 120 F for smoky flavour
Step 5: Freeze
Step 6: MUST be cooked before serving!
