Step 1: Mix together the sauerkraut, onion & chopped apples
Step 2: Place half the kraut mixture in the bottom of your crock pot
Step 3: Place the corned beef on top
Step 4: Paint the corned beef with the mustard
Step 5: Cover with remaining kraut mixture
Step 6: Pour in the wine
Step 7: Cook for 5 hours on low
Step 8: Slice thickly, serve with the kraut, potatoes and horseradish on the side
