Step 1: In large soup pot brown ground beef, add onions and celery simmer until tender, stirring frequently.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes.
Step 3: Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Step 4: Add tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes
Step 5: Serve with freshly baked bread or crusty rolls for a hearty meal.
Step 6: Freezer friendly!
