Step 1: Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add in beef and mix, season, then add chicken broth.
Step 2: Form into 4 large cakes. Cover with onion, pat in.
Step 3: Fry in hot buttered skillet, covered.
Step 4: Turn until onions and meat are crispy, about 10 minutes, turning often so onions dont burn.
