Ingredients
- FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
- 1 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- FOR THE COATING
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (dry)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can (15 ounce) kidney beans (drained)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix meat mixture together. Take by tablespoonfuls and form into balls. Coat the meatballs in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until browned.

Step 2: Meanwhile in bowl, mix sauce ingredients together, then add to browned meatballs. Bring everything but beans to a simmer.

Step 3: Add beans cook meatballs through.
