Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet. Add corn and onion; saute.
Step 2: Add chicken stock;p cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Step 3: Just before removing from heat, season to taste with salt, pepper, and dill weed.
