Step 1: Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the garlic and rice; cook while stirring until the rice starts to turn golden on the sides, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; remove from heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Fluff with a fork and serve.
