Step 1: Slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch rounds and toss them in a large resealable plastic bags along with the oil, garlic and oregano.
Step 2: Gently swish the bag to evenly coat the zucchini rounds.
Step 3: Set aside and allow to sit at room temperature for a couple if hours.
Step 4: Remove the zucchini rounds from marinade and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper; cook on a preheated grill over direct heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until done to your desired likeness.
Step 5: Enjoy!
