Ingredients
- Hot espresso coffee (4 shots, 30 ml each)
- 1/4 cup liqueur (hazelnut, Frangelico)
- 20 ounces ice cream (8 scoops, 2.5 once each, vanilla bean ice cream) or vanilla gelato
- 4 (80 grams) biscotti (to serve)
How to Make

Step 1: Combine coffee and liqueur in a pitcher. Divide ice cream between 4 glasses (2 scoops each).

Step 2: Pour coffee mixture on the ice cream or gelato in each glass.
