Step 1: Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds, cut into 1” thick wedges.
Step 2: Mix the oil, mustard, oregano and garlic powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag; add the squash and swish together to coat.
Step 3: Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Step 4: Place on a preheated grill over direct heat and cook for 7 minutes, turn over and cook for another 7 minutes. (The cook time will depend on how thick your wedges are.
Step 5: Enjoy!
