Step 1: Simmer (on very low heat) all ingredients, except honey for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Strain ingredients out and press well, to get liquid out. You can dry these and reuse again 1-2 times.
Step 3: Let cool a few minutes, then add the honey and stir until dissolved.
Step 4: Put in a glass jar (canning jar is good) and keep in the refrigerator.
