Toblerone Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 125 grams cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 2 large eggs (separated)
- 1 teaspoon gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
- 200 grams dark chocolate (melted)
- 100 grams chocolate (Toblerone chocolate, chopped finely)
- 1/2 tablespoon brandy
- Chocolate, and cream for decoration
How to Make

Step 1: Beat cream cheese, sugar and cream until smooth.

Step 2: Add egg yolks, gelatine mixture and melted chocolate, mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 3: Beat egg whites to soft peaks and gently fold into chocolate mixture with Toblerone, add brandy.

Step 4: Pour into small dishes and chill for 4 hours.

Step 5: Decorate with extra chocolate and cream if desired.
