Ingredients
- 1 egg white (beaten stiff)
- 1 cup brown sugar (sifted)
- 1 cup pecan nuts (chopped fine)
How to Make

Step 1: Sil pat here. spray Pam.

Step 2: Butter cookie shee.t

Step 3: Mix ingredients together.

Step 4: Drop by teaspoon, they spread considerably.

Step 5: Bake in moderate oven (no time given im guessing 10 minutes).

Step 6: Remove from pan before they harden.
