Ingredients
- 1 pound squirrel
- 5 cups water
- 3 cups hominy (canned hominy)
How to Make

Step 1: Clean one squirrel. Roast in the oven 'til done and then put him in a pot of hominy (white corn).

Step 2: Boil until the meat comes off the bone. Season to taste. Chicken tastes good this way.
