Step 1: Fry bacon, then take out.
Step 2: In grease, add potatoes, onions and last, the green onions and parsley and pepper.
Step 3: In another pan add 1 T butter.
Step 4: In bowl, beat eggs pour into hot butter; cook until done.
Step 5: Plate, on one side put filling then fold over.
