Step 1: Place your prepared squash in one layer in a lightly sprayed with oil, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle on the cinnamon & nutmeg.
Step 2: Cut the butter in bits and place on top.
Step 3: Bake covered in 375 oven for 25 minutes..Uncover & pour in the orange juice.
Step 4: Continue cooking uncovered for another 35 minutes or until the squash is soft and most of the juice has been absorbed/evaporated.
