Chocolate Mud Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (or can use 2 cups white sugar)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 (10.5-ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then set oven rack to second-lowest position.

Step 2: Grease and flour a 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

Step 3: Whisk together melted butter and next 6 ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth and well combined.

Step 4: Stir in flour until smooth and combined, then mix in chopped pecans.

Step 5: Pour batter into sheet pan.

Step 6: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
How to Make

Step 7: Meanwhile prepare the glaze by mixing all ingredients together until smooth and combined (the glaze must be drizzled onto the warm cake).

Step 8: Remove cake from oven then top warm cake evenly with marshmallows.

Step 9: Return to oven and bake 5 minutes.

Step 10: Drizzle Chocolate Frosting over warm cake.

Step 11: Cool completely.
