Step 1: Drop the peaches into boiling water.
Step 2: Keep the water at a simmer for about half a minute.
Step 3: Remove the peaches, and let them cool.
Step 4: Then peel, pit, and slice them.
Step 5: Put the peaches with the rest of the ingredients into a blender.
Step 6: Saving out some small pieces
Step 7: Blend the soup until it is smooth, then chill it.
Step 8: Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg
