Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 bananas, sliced in coins
- 2 teaspoon kirsch
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Vanilla, dash
- Cinnamon, pinch
- Nutmeg, pinch
- Cloves, pinch
- 3 tablespoons liqueur (raspail liqueur, optional, double kirsch)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2: Mix together, the eggs and sugar.

Step 3: Beat spices, flour in milk, then add to eggs add zest; beat until combined. Add in the booze.

Step 4: Pour into a 9x9 pan.

Step 5: Bake 20 minutes (another person said double time).

Step 6: Serve cold.
