Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
How to Make

Step 1: Put the ingredients into your machine in the order directed by your manufacturer; large loaf and light crust.

Step 2: Check while it is mixing to make sure it is the right consistency adding whatever is necessary---few drops of water OR tad flour.
