Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- Sloppy joe sauce (one 15 ounce can)
- 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 tablespoon bell pepper, minced
- 1 bag (16 ounce) tater tots (frozen)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make

Step 1: Cook ground beef onion ,bell pepper,garlic. Mix in corn. Drain fat then mix in sauce.

Step 2: Pour into casserole dish, top with tater tots, then the cheese.

Step 3: Bake 30 minutes until tots are golden.
