Step 1: Fry onions in oil.
Step 2: Add spices, chicken add broth, cook until chicken comes off bone.
Step 3: Meanwhile, fry onions until caramelized.
Step 4: Add sumac, when chicken is done.
Step 5: Meanwhile, measure stock adding right amount of rice with stock, then make rice with stock. pour sauce over broil 10 minutes.
Step 6: When skin is browned, add nuts last coupla minutes.
Step 7: Serve with rice they served with flat bread that was soaked in stock and heated , i prefer rice.
