Step 1: Mix together the ground venison, minced bacon, onion, horseradish, mustard, garlic powder and hot pepper flakes well; shape into four patties.
Step 2: Pan fry or grill until cooked through place on buns and top with your favorite toppings (A meat thermometer should read 160 degrees when inserted in the middle of the patty.)
