Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Shred the chicken, and add to a large bowl.
Step 3: Pour enchilada sauce over chicken, then add cheese.
Step 4: Toss everything together so that the chicken is fully coated in the sauce, and covered in cheese.
Step 5: Spread one quarter of the mixture onto a large tortilla, and roll up tightly.
Step 6: Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices using a serrated knife.
Step 7: Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Step 8: Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken.
Step 9: Bake for 10 minutes.
