Step 1: Heat the butter and oil in a skillet, medium heat, saute the onions until golden 8-10 minutes, sprinkle in the oregano
Step 2: Add choyote, saute 3 minutes, cover and continue cooking for approximately 8 minutes or until the chayote is crisp tender. Do not over cook.
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper
