Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Fry the chicken breast with onions and garlic spicy, stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable broth.
Step 3: Sour cream and cheese add and simmer for about 20 minutes.(i would add sour cream last ,it breaks easily )
Step 4: The sauce at will thicken and season with colored pepper.(its the mixed colored pepper.
Step 5: Meanwhile, cook the broccoli and the peeled potatoes.
Step 6: The potato water drain and mash the potatoes, add milk gradually until the desired strength is reached.
Step 7: Butter, salt, rosemary, parsley and nutmeg.
