Step 1: Dice and cook bacon, add 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion and cook until golden brown, add to rest of stuff. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Bake in loaf pan in hot oven (450° F.) 15 minutes; then decrease heat to moderate (350° F.) and bake 30 minutes longer, or until done.
