Step 1: Boil potatoes until tender, drain then chop into small squares.
Step 2: Boil eggs until firm, can be chopped or sliced.
Step 3: Chop all remaining ingredients then put into large mixing bowl.
Step 4: Add mustard, vinegar mayonnaise and salt and pepper, mix well then cool in refrigerator until ready to serve.
