Step 1: Preheat oven to 175C fan forced.
Step 2: Remove stem from mushroom and put on a flat tray and give a light spray with oil and pop into the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or done to your liking (I still like it to be a little firm).
Step 3: While mushroom is cooking cook egg or eggs to your liking and season with salt and or pepper when serving.
