Ingredients
- CRUMB MIXTURE
- 3 cups Corn Chex (crushed)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup Oleo
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tub (12 ounces) Cool Whip Frozen Topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can (20 ounce) peach pie filling
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the crushed Corn Chex, brown sugar, coconut and oleo together well.

Step 2: Press half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.

Step 3: Blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and can of peach pie filling together.

Step 4: Pour over crumb mixture .

Step 5: Top with remaining half of the Chex Mix mixture.
