Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet.
Step 2: Add garlic, onion, and pepper(s). Cook until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove pepper(s) and discard.
Step 3: Add broccoli, water and salt.
Step 4: Cover and simmer until tender-crisp, 12-15 minutes.
