Step 1: Fry bacon until crisp remove.
Step 2: Brown livers in bacon grease and butter; remove.
Step 3: Brown mushrooms and onions, next stir 1/2 and 1/2 and stock and cornstarch and basil together add to mushrooms stir cook until thick add in livers; cook until livers are warmed and bubbly.
Step 4: Serve over muffins and top with crumbled bacon.
