Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F.
Step 2: In pan place brisket fat side up.
Step 3: Surround with carrots and sliced onion.
Step 4: Top with onion soup mixture,tomato sauce, cranberry sauce.
Step 5: Cover with heavy duty foil and cook 5 hours.
Step 6: Slice against the grain, serve with pan gravy.
