Step 1: Roll open the rouladens and put 1/2 cup of refried beans on each along with 3 tablespoons of cheese
Step 2: Roll the rouladen, fasten with a tooth pick and place them side by side in an oven proof dish
Step 3: Pour the salsa over them,
Step 4: Cover with foil and bake in a 375f oven for 45 minutes
Step 5: Remove foil, add remaining cheese, return to oven uncovered and continue baking for 15 minutes or until the cheese has nicely melted and is golden
Step 6: Serve with sour cream and sliced avocados on top. You may want a bit of extra salsa too.
