Step 1: Bring Brussels sprouts up to the boil; cook 3 minutes; drain.
Step 2: Saute onion in oil; add garlic.
Step 3: Add crushed tomatoes, paprika, cubanelle pepper, diced tomato, mushrooms, water, basil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Cook 10 minutes on medium heat.
Step 5: You can add more water if needed
