1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (can use frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon caraway seed
3 tablespoons yellow onion, grated
