Step 1: Melt 6 tablespoons butter.
Step 2: Add kohlrabi and sauté 10 minutes.
Step 3: Grease baking dish with remaining butter.
Step 4: Put in layer of kohlrabi then layer of ham and parsley; season.
Step 5: Repeat layers.
Step 6: Ending with kohlrabi.
Step 7: Mix egg yolks in cream and flour seasonings.
Step 8: Pour over kohlrabi.
Step 9: Bake at 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
