Step 1: Tip and tail beans.
Step 2: Cook in water with olive oil until soft, 20 minutes, covered; you may need more water.
Step 3: Mash until small pieces but not mush.
Step 4: Add garlic, dill, and parsley; mix.
Step 5: Add mayonnaise; mix.
Step 6: Add 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon salt.
