Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- FOR CAKE
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
How to Make

Step 1: Cream the sugar and shortening together, beat in egg.

Step 2: Sift flour and baking powder together, add alternately with milk.

Step 3: Add flavorings. it will be thick

Step 4: Pour into oiled 7x12 " pan (I used smaller pan).

Step 5: Combine topping ingredients, then sprinkle on cake.

Step 6: Bake in 325 degree oven 25 minutes( i did about 45- 50 minutes ).

Step 7: It says 15 big servings, I have my doubts, not even close.
