Ingredients
- 1 pie pastry (baked)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pint water (boiling)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
How to Make

Step 1: Boil water coconut and sugar together reserving enough coconut to garnish. add cornstarch to thicken.

Step 2: Cool beat egg whites. fold into cooled mixture.

Step 3: Fill crust.

Step 4: Beat whipping cream, then cover pie.

Step 5: Sift cocoa over pi.e

Step 6: Sprinkle coconut.

Step 7: Chill.
