Step 1: Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
Step 2: Stir in cream, mixing well.
Step 3: Cook over medium heat until boiling; stir in butter, lemon juice.
Step 4: Add drained apples and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Cool.
Step 6: Spoon into baked crust, filling 3/4 full.
Step 7: Make topping; beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Step 8: Beat in egg.
Step 9: Spoon over apple filling.
Step 10: Sprinkle on coconuts and walnuts.
Step 11: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Topping should be golden brown.
Step 12: Cool before serving.
