Step 1: In a 2-cup glass pyrex, stir together brown sugar Splenda, salt, cream of tartar and cornstarch.
Step 2: Stir in evaporated milk and put 1 tbsp of butter in it.
Step 3: Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4: Stir in vanilla.
Step 5: *Reheat if made ahead.
